The commune of Lannion has set up an ORI (Property Restoration Operation) and this building, among others, has been targeted.
The work involves all the communal areas of this 16th-century building, one of the oldest in Lannion.
It's a fairly complex project, both in terms of the work to be carried out and the management of the project, which involves two trustees.
