A couple wanted to create an extension for a bedroom, storeroom and DIY workshop. For health reasons, they find it difficult to climb the stairs to access the bedrooms upstairs, whereas a space on the same level would make everyday life easier for them.
This extension is located to the north of the current house and extends right up to the party line, creating an unobstructed view to the east for the bedroom and a small courtyard for the DIY workshop.
